Leap Day Legs

A workout dedicated to Leap Day! (and your legs)!

Do 29 reps of each exercise and then repeat the circuit as many times as you can in 29 minutes!  Focusing on plyometrics-jumping, leaping movements, and getting your heart rate up. Only take as much rest as you absolutely need, not want, in between each exercise.

Leap Day Legs Workout

29  squat jumps

29 high knees(R & L leg= 1 rep. get’ em high)

29 lunge jumps

29 speed skaters

29 mountain climbers(R & L leg= 1 rep)

29 box jump burpees

29 star jumps
