I will update as the day goes on.
It was a hodgepodge of random foods. carrots, greek yogurt, a hard boiled egg and an orange.
chicken breasts, mixed veggies(carrots, peas, limas, green beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers, corn) and rice. i was naughty and used yellow rice(no nutritional value).
Im also starting a new quick workout routine from Fitness Magazine(link).

simple, easy and to the point. it will be a great supplement to my other workouts.
