workout- sprints and burpees

Here’s a good one. Give it a try. Sprints and burpees.

I use the width of a basketball court for this. Start on one side of court and do 20 burpees(optional push up), and then do 20 sprints back and forth to opposite and starting side of court. You can mix up the sprints by sprinting forward, right side shuffle, left side shuffle, backwards sprint. After 20 sprints, you start over at 19–so 19 burpees, 19 sprints. Continue this pattern until you’ve made your way to one set of each.
