breakfast of champions

today’s brekkie: green smoothie
  • half of a banana
  • large handful spinach
  • remainder of my mesclun greens
  • broccoli
  • ground flax seed

*the mesclun greens give it sort of a bitter and nutty taste. if you’re not used to juicing/blending these you might want to add some extra fruit, like blueberries, to help sweeten it up a bit.
